Hi

I found no hotspot with this name. Please give your account name.
If you haven't subscribed, this is normal.
The revenue sharing algorithm works by alterning the payment destination and it keeps at least 75% for you.
You should have received other payment before.

If you son't want to share revenues, you have to subscribe.

You have subscribed to unlimited tickets,  not to unlimited billing.
You have to edit your subscription and choose both.
This will cost you only 3 more credits per month.

ok, but don't i have to get the 75% at least?
because the last transaction (n. 1GJ26335E6219924A) went to worldspot for the 100%.

anyway, maybe i'll do the unlimited online ticketing.

Everything is detailed in the top of the billing history page.
Your hotspot made a total net income of 25.21 EUR
You earned 5 transactions with a total of 22.41 EUR
WorldSpot got 1 transaction : 2.80 EUR. This is still under the 25% share: 6.303 EUR.

ok i'll do it in few moments. but listen, iam trying to upgrade the subscription, adding the unlimted billing... but i think it will be available from the next period, is it right?
is it possible to force the upgrading adding now the unlimited billing (paying 3 credits)?

or i wrong, as usual, something? :)

Yes it will be available only at the next period.
No force is possible today, unless you make a new subscription.

With paypal, you can't share a payment between 2 paypal accounts.
The fee you see are paypal fees not worldspot's, there's nothing we can do about this.

Worldspot never get 75%. Always 0% or 100%.

So worldspot does the share by switching the payment destination, this way, you get the payment first.
Otherwise, most other systems get the whole money then make a payment to you after a minimal amount is reached.

On the top of the payment page, you have all the share calculation process:
- the total hotspot income
- your total income
- worldspot total income
- and worldspot therical 25% share of the total hotspot income.

You should see that worldspot income is always below its 25% share.

I'm also having payment problems so I thought I'd add to this thread since I don't know who to contact via email.

I've used worldspot in the past to handle my hotspot for people in my building who do not have internet.  I stopped using it for a while and just recently started again.

An individual who is a repeat customer used my hotspot twice according to the session history, but all I see in the billing history is past (as in last year) connections, nothing from this year and no payments to me have been made.

To test and see if there is some problem with paypal or my setup or something, I connected to my hotspot and paid with my paypal account and instantly my paypal was charged and I received a payment.

I am not sure why I am not receiving my payments from this repeat customer.  Can you help?
