Question about Service

I am in an area with a hotspot, I just want to use the services, I don't want to be a provider.  How can i do that and how much will it cost me?

You just have to connect to the hotspot, and you will be redirected to the portal that will display the informations you need.
The hotspot provider chooses how the hotspot works.
