How does WorldSpot deal with Taxes ?

I'm curious if you've put any thought in tracking taxes in our billing system>

Do you know how most hotspots deal with taxes?  Do they include Tax/VAT in their costs and then just track the percentage from the total. 

Does this mean we have to pay the tax on Worldspots 25% ?  We have PST and GST at about 7% each to deal with.

Tax are not handled yet. Paypal can do it I think, but it has to be defined.
