Putting Advertisement and other images on Login page
« on: June 02, 2007, 08:38:51 am »
I was wondering if some people could post some examples of their source for login pages.
I'm looking for stuff like including Google Ads or other types of revenue gathering stuff.

I've been having trouble getting stuff to look right.
Thanks

You can't put google ads on your hotspot landing page, beause when the user clicks, he is redirected to the internet, and he must be connected before...
Or you must find an add provider that pays for ad display, not click... This does not exist I think...

It would already be done that if possible...

However, I think I will add ads to free hotspots when they get connected.

Sorry, I was not clear. It does not have to be Google Ads, I'm thinking of selling local advertising and I'd like it (ad handler) to browse thru the list of say 20 sites randomly. I can either host the local ads on my site, or include them in the walled garden.

Thoughts ?

With a walled garden and your own site, you can do a lot of thing on your hotspot landing page.
You can even make your own.

Worldspot is compatible with standard chillispot landing pages for tickets only.

I guess I was looking for some sort of Circular queue of display uploaded image function.
Simple, Primative, but U can't count hits, or have URLs attached.
It Does constitute an advertisement, and I think this is sellable locally.
Thanks
