Access Profile Ticket Expiration Time
« on: March 30, 2008, 04:01:54 pm »
Hi, we have a residential health care facility that runs a six week course, it would be great for us if a 60 day ticket lifetime could be chosen in the access profile, as it stands we will have to issue another ticket for our customers rather than just having one ticket for the time they are with us.

Would it be possible to up the limit from 30 days expiration?

Thanks :)

If you get a subscription, there is no limit to your access profiles, you can do whatever you want, including 60 days limits.

Hi, I have a subscription, but when I try that I get this result
"This profile can't be used with the per ticket pricing. There must be a time limit (<= 30 days)."

Details if you wanted to have a look:

Access profile: Test Limits

As written, "This profile can't be used with the per ticket pricing" is only for the per ticket pricing.
There is no problem using the profile with a subscription.
When you have a subscription, you are not billed per ticket.

If you try your ticket it should just work...
