Hi World Spot,

Clients still think there is fault with hotspot and ask for refund on expired tickets.

Is it possible to display ticket usage info when expired and in big text "EXPIRED" as im sure some do not read well.

Could you also remember to add WHY it's expired (Connection time used up, Ticket/registration expired, Bandwidth Exceeded)
If registered, it would be nice to remind them to remember their registered name, that they can use the existing name to add more time.

I get a lot of registrations that are Tom, Tom1, Tom2, Tom3... I think they just need a reminder.

We do not see an expired ticket page, just a login error, so the client blames the service and not the expired ticket :-) A customizable page would be nice..

To say thanks for using the service and further prompts (marketing) to buy another ticket.

When the ticket is expired, there should have been a status page.
This was a bug that is now corrected.
