When a client is using the internet connection, not only on the admin end (ticket list/history) but also on the user end, it shows "Total Volume left" in the "current state". I love this feature but it doesn't show in real time, again, for the user or admin. It only updates after a disconnect. As a customer, if my plan was based upon a data usage limit, I would want to know exactly where i am within that usage limit in "real time". Im sure there is a reason for it being the way it is, just a wish list thing, if its possible.
Also, once a data limit or time limit has been reached, on the client side it just seems like you were disconnected. Yes, if you were aware of where you were within the time limit or data limit you would probably know it was one of the two, or if you left the connection page open and new to refresh you would know why. It would be nice for a session termination to be redirected to a "statistics" (or some other name) page that shows their data usage, connections, time, etc.....
This would be especially helpful if the client was very close to both their data and time limit.
I know this is already a wish list topic, Just as a side note, I would also like a more detailed scheduling for time limits. For example, I would like to set my clients access to end on the last day of the month at midnight, or some other predetermined day.
