Login to Hotspot not possible

Hello,

yesterday everything works fine. The users could login to the hotspot and could use the internet.
Today no login to the hotspot is possible. Login with a valid ticket results in: Login or Password invalid.

One interesting thing is, that one ticket which is used before, has the status not started, but in the connection list there are connections with this ticket.

I need urgent help because no user can use the internet in the moment.

Did you disable the access profile for your hotspot?
Do you have a valid subscription? or credits?
Please give your login so I will have a look.

Login is hansuen
At about 10:00 it starts working again.
You see the ticket 407001. This ticket had today the status "not started", yesterday it had the status "expired in 350d...". In the connection list this ticket was used. In the morning every ticked returns: Login failed. I deleted the ticked 407001 and make a new ticket with the same login (407001) and the same password. So you see this ticked from today. In the connection list all rows with a free field user is the old ticket 407001.
Normally, when a login failed, it is also written in the connection list, but from this morning nothing is written in the connection list.
Thanks for your help, I hope, you can tell me the fault.

When you delete the tickets, they don't appear in the history anymore. This is normal.
Now that you have deleted the ticket, I see nothing wrong.

Did this message appear when you entered the ticket code or when you tried to connect?
Did you double check the password in the ticket list?

Right, this was the message. I dont know, what you mean with: double check the password in the ticket list.
Why is there no entry in the connection list, something like "login failed" or is it normal that in this case there is no information?

This message means that you probably entered the wrong password.
This is why there had been no connection attempt that was listed in the history.
