Deleting tickets and private accounts

you can hide them...
They are not deleted for your accounting history to remain consistent.
They might be deleted after a year.

How about expiring/invalidating individual accounts? Log history should remain consistent then.
This would allow me to create a single profile 'unlimited free access' for my users, and manually expiring them, once they cancel their access contract.

You will be able to change the password and access profile (soon I hope).
If you want to deactivate an account, create a profile with 0s of time, and assign it to the account to be disabled.
Is it ok for you?

Sounds good. :) If you will be able to change the access profile anyway, changing it to "no profile" = invalid account shouldn't be an issue. That would be a little more elegant than having to create an invalid profile first.
