How to "setup" unbranded?
« on: April 20, 2012, 10:09:57 am »
Hello,
I have just purchased an "unbranded" subscription, but I don't know how to set it up.

I am using a Linksys WRT54G router, with the WorldSpot firmware.  I have mode no modifications to any settings.

How do I set it up so that it uses the unbranded URL when customer tries to access internet? Will it automatically "push" my new subscription setting to the router?  If not, how do I access the router's admin page so that I can make any necessary modification?
Thanks!

Hi

The worldspot firmware unbranded option doesn't exist yet.
It will be done in the next days.
There is however an easy way to configure the uam server option through the hotspot coovaap additionnal options.
I will give you the exact option tomorrow through private message.

You want to setup the alternative domain? or your own one?
To setup your own there is a yearly 150 euro yearly fee.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand how it is related to the hotspot?
