Ability to create different "Welcome Page" for mobile devices

Hello,

There are many more customers who are using mobile devices with very small screens.  It would be nice if we could have a separate "welcome page" HTML area that is used only for mobile devices.  This way, you can detect what is the viewing device and then you can display the appropriate Welcome Page so that it is more adapted to their smaller display.

It could be possible to do this with some appropriate css/html stuff, but I haven't really tried.
As you have full control on the html, it should work.
