I clicked the "edit" button in the subscription page, and changed the MAC address to the new one. However, it says that the change won't take effect until the next renewal date, which is on July 11.
I would prefer not to wait until then, because I have lost the "unbranding" function and also now we're being charged for every ticket instead of "unlimited tickets"...
Can you let me know how to proceed? Should I create a new subscription and then you can refund the balance of the old one?
