All tickes expiry times reset

I have several customers who purchase access between 1 and 6 months at a time.
I have just noticed that all the tickets had their expiry time reset about 3 days ago so my customers think that have months of free internet when actually some were due to expire soon!
Any way to revert back to their original expiry?

It is probably related to the statistics update that was made.
Could you please send me your login and some ticket logins so I can have a closer look?

The problem has been identified.
This will be fixed ASAP, and connections states will be reupdated.
