I have a few questions on the email address used to create a new account.
When you initially create an account (register) Worldspot asks for an email address.
Q1: Is that email address 'stored' as part of the profile ... or just used temporarily as part of the registration verification process?
Q2a: If not stored, then shouldn't it be? For example....you really need to send an email now to all your account holders telling them about the pricing changes coming. If you have not stored the email addresses, how will you do that?
Q2b: If stored, how does an account holer change it? The reality is that email addresses change sometimes.
